We were in search of a new poke spot near us to try and Pokemoto exceeded our expectations. The food was great but the service provided to us by Chris was above and beyond. He was so kind, patient with our large order, and listened to all our requests earnestly. Thank you so much , we will be back again soon 💕

One of the worst sushi burritos I’ve ever had that it’s so sad it’s kinda funny. Nearly $18 burrito that is empty and has no flavor. I asked for mango, oranges, seaweed salad, ogo, tofu 2x, corn, cucumber, green and sweet onions and garlic chips. It’s just scraps… couple seaweed pieces, I don’t think there were even any oranges, definitely no ogo,as I was excited for that so I looked for it, cucumber??? I’m not sure what I just paid money for ??? Table scraps? Drove nearly 30 min for this disappointment. Dropped people off at the airport, and I actually live in Cocoa. Didn’t eat all day finally got a chance to get food at around 3pm and this is what I got. Spit up from a baby so to speak. I ate the other side really fast cuz I was starving so didn’t get a chance to take a pic, but that one was even emptier and smaller side so I was like okay this side will be better I’m sure and then when I bit into it I was confused where everything was cuz it tasted bland, opened it up and snapped a photo😭😡😅 Oh I also called twice and no answer. So if you have questions about ingredients and want a full burrito I’d suggest coming in person so you can watch what they put and how much so you’re n

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Chris I had an amazing experience at Pokemoto Orlando! Chris was incredibly attentive and made all the difference in my visit. As a foreign visitor, there were many menu options and ingredients that I wasn’t familiar with. Chris patiently explained everything, offered samples for me to try, and helped me create a unique poke bowl that I absolutely loved. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care won me over as a customer. I’ll be staying in Orlando for a while, and I will definitely be coming back regularly during my stay. Great customer service truly makes all the difference, and Chris provided exactly that. Thank you, Chris! I highly recommend this place.

We came to try poke seeing all great reviews. The salmon looks not fresh, but we decided to give a try anyway. Choose toppings total was at $25. When we asked where extra charges were coming from, cashier insisted we were told there was up charge for avocado and masago. The up charge was not on on menu board, choice sheet and we were not informed about it when choosing toppings. When asked for refund, manager left for 15 mins, after arguing that we should know, and was very disrespectful. When she came back, she Completely ignored and did not even look at us while we patently waited. very rude and not recommended!.

This place was really clean and spotless. We were welcomed in nicely by Chris and he took really good care of us while we were ordering. Chris was the perfect example of a nighttime employee and treated us with respect and made our food wonderfully. Definitely gonna come back another day. Almost forgot to mention that the prices were really good for poke and the food tasted great! Definitely come if you're been thinking about it!
